Team SEO Tools (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides shared/group buy access to premium digital tools and subscriptions. Due to the instant nature of digital access and the shared account model, our refund policy is limited and clearly defined below.

Refund Policy

General Rule: No Refunds

Once successful access to the tool (valid login credentials and available credits/balance) is provided to you, the subscription is considered fully delivered and no refund will be issued, regardless of later usage limits, restrictions, or performance issues caused by the original tool provider or shared usage.

All refund requests must be submitted via email within the first few days of noticing the issue. We will review and respond to each request on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed **every month** via bank transfer (Faisal Bank) to the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Cashback Policy

We offer **cashback** on eligible monthly subscriptions/plans.

• Cashback is credited **every month**.
• The exact cashback percentage/amount and applicable plans will be communicated to you via email, your account dashboard, or during the purchase process.
• Cashback is non-transferable and can only be used as a discount on future purchases or as otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable Situations (Summary)

• Successful login and access provided → No refund
• Usage limits reached due to shared nature or original provider restrictions → No refund
• Account suspended/banned by original tool provider due to your usage → No refund
• Change of mind after receiving access → No refund
