We offer access to various premium SEO, AI, content, and digital marketing tools (such as ChatGPT, Grok, SEMrush, ElevenLabs, and many others) through **shared/group buy subscriptions**.

Access is provided via shared username and password on a **monthly subscription** basis. We also provide some free tools and resources.

2. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

By purchasing or using our shared subscriptions, you agree to the following:

• You are buying **shared access** to premium tool accounts. Usage must strictly follow the original tool provider’s terms of service (e.g., OpenAI for ChatGPT, SEMrush rules, etc.).
• You may **not**:
  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Use the tools for illegal, harmful, or spamming activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the tools
  • Violate the terms of the original service provider
• Heavy or abusive usage may cause temporary restrictions or bans by the original tool provider. We are not responsible or liable for such limits, suspensions, or losses caused by the original provider.

3. Intellectual Property

Any content, text, images, code, or other output you generate using the tools through our Service belongs to **you** (subject always to the original tool provider’s terms and any applicable third-party rights).

4. Account & Access

We provide login credentials after successful payment. We do not directly terminate or ban accounts for misuse — any such action will be governed by the rules of the original tool provider whose account is shared.

If you violate our basic rules (e.g., sharing login details with others), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately without refund.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscriptions are **monthly** and recurring unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via Faisal Bank or other agreed methods.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **Pakistan**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in **Sargodha, Pakistan**.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
